Do you know of any delicious Filipino dessert recipes?

Well. I would like to make a Filipino dessert, but nothing that would be considered ';gross'; or ';strange'; here in the USA because I would like to make a Filipino dessert for a church gathering.Do you know of any delicious Filipino dessert recipes?

Turon pronounced (too ron) is really easy to make and will surely be a hit. All it is is sliced, ripe plantain that is wrapped in spring roll wrapper like an egg roll and deep fried to a golden brown. You can dredge the plantain in sugar before wrapping them to add additional sweetness.

and full cream milk, with lots of crushed ice, served with flan on top or Ube ice cream or ice cream flavors of your choice! except chocolate
