I have made this for a dinner party and it was a HUGE hit! Take a can of pillsbury crouisants the large size and butter flavored, then unroll each . In a bowl take a can of apple pie filling, add pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg and spoon some into each roll and wrap up as best you can, bake until golden brown and serve with caramel sauce, you can buy it in a jar. Hello,

If u like creamy desserts, maybe u can try this:

1. Whip dairy cream until thick. ( or u can use whipped cream instead ) Cool it in the refrigerator.

2.Blend fruit pulp. ( Any kinds, for ex u can use strawberry, mango, cherry, anything u like )

3. Stir in some fruit chunk into the cream, add thefruit pulp, mix.

4. Use some gelatine / plain jell-o to make it firm.

5. Pour it into glasses or cups, cool it until firm.

I call it : my emergency fruit mousse..

Hope it helps u..
Take a white cake. Poke holes in the cake before it has cooled off and pour over it cream of coconut (for an 8x8 cake, about 1/2 can). Wait until it's cooled off then pour on sweetened condensed milk (just enough to cover lightly). Then top with cool whip and toasted coconut. People I know love this recipe.

make twinkies. get some yellow cake mix and cream filling from any boy in your school. the rest is just baking
You can't go wrong with fruit, so get some apples and you can make this quick dessert.

I do not know what equipment you have but here is a easy way to do it two ways. If you can bake the apples leave them whole if you cannot use the oven then slice the apples like for a pie and cook them on top of the stove.

The ingredients are the same no matter how you put it together.

If you can use the whole apple and bake them in the oven. do this:

Wash and peel each one half way down and scoop out the seeds with a grapefruit spoon that has teeth on the ends or use a paring knife carefully.

In a medium bowl place:

1 cup white sugar or if you have some brown sugar add some also. If you do not have either you can use pancake syrup.

Now see if you have some oatmeal, walnuts or pecans and raisins. Take whatever you have of these and mix together and place in the apple opening. Dot each one with butter like a teaspoon or more. Sprinkle some of these spices over each one. Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice or cloves. Use one or a combination of each one. Now they are ready to bake in the microwave or regular oven. They need to cook at least 40 minutes IN REGULAR OVEN depending on the size of the apples. Maybe 15 minutes in microwave oven. Check with knife or fork for doneness. Remove and let cool a bit and they can be served like they are or with whipped cream, cream you pour in your coffee or vanilla ice cream.

If you do not have a oven or microwave oven you can still make this in a frying pan. slice the apples and cook in butter on low heat until soft add some water to the pan along with sugar or syrup and spices. Stir well and then cook until apples are done.Add the nuts and raisins last so they still have a crunch to them and not overcooked. You can serve this in little dishes with the same toppings listed above.

Here is another idea: One day I had a phone call 2 ladies were coming to visit and I didn't know what to do..what to serve them so I looked in the refrigerator and I had some frozen yogurt, then I found some frozen peaches and blueberries ...I also found a box of granola cereal. I knew I had some glasses that were tall and skinny so I started alternating these ingredients together in each glass...they were wonderful. The ladies raved over this dessert it was colorful and healthy and easy to put together. You could substitute vanilla instant pudding for the yogurt. And use any fruit you have like chunks of pineapple or mandarin oranges. Look at the produce section and use your imagination. There is a gold mine there for desserts.

Best of luck,

Mama Jazzy Geri
