What are your best sugar free, Low fat dessert recipes?

I am looking for a recipe rather then, ';pudding, Jello, yogert, etc';What are your best sugar free, Low fat dessert recipes?
Peaches-n-cream.





1 cup fat-free milk


1 can (15 oz.) peach slices in natural juice, drained, juice reserved


1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding %26amp; Pie Filling











MIX milk and reserved peach juice in medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Stir in peaches. Refrigerate until ready to serve.











Custard





1 3/4 cups fat free milk


6 artificial sweetener packets


3/4 cup egg substitute


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


dash nutmeg





Place milk in 1 1/2 quart bowl. Microwave 3 to 3 1/2 minutes on high or until hot but not boiling. Add remaining ingredients except nutmeg; beat well. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Microwave 11 to 15 minutes on medium power or until almost set in center. Let stand 5 minutes.








Sugar Free Fudge:





16 ounces cream cheese, softened


2 unsweetened chocolate squares (1ounce each) melted and cooled


1/2 cup sugar substitute (aspartame sweetener)


1 tsp vanilla extract


1/2 cup chopped pecans








Instructions


In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.





Frozen Banana Yogurt





1 banana fresh or frozen


1 cup plain low fat yogurt


3 tablespoons honey





Slice bananas and drop in blender jar of food processor bowl.





If using frozen banana, partially thaw, snip off end of skin and squeeze directly into food processor.





Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Freeze until mushy.





Beat and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze until firm. To unmold, hold in hand or let set at room temperature until mold will slide off.





Pumpkin Pie


1-1/2 C. canned solid-pack pumpkin


1 C. evaporated fat-free milk


1/2 C. cholesterol-free egg substitute


1/4 C. granulated sucralose (Splenda)


1 t. pumpkin pie spice


1-1/4 t. vanilla, 'divided'


3 egg whites


1/4 t. cream of tartar


1/3 C. honey





Preheat oven to 350-F. Stir together the first 5 ingredients and 1 t. vanilla. Pour into 6 (6 oz.) custard cups or 6 (3/4 c.) souffl茅 dishes. Place in shallow baking dish or pan. Pour boiling water around custard cups or souffl茅 dishes to depth of 1 inch. Bake 25 minutes.





Meanwhile, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and remaining 1/4 tsp. vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add honey; continue beating until stiff peaks


form.





Spread egg white mixture on top of hot pumpkin mixture. Return to oven. Bake 15-16 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm.What are your best sugar free, Low fat dessert recipes?
Ohh, theres this brownie mix called, uhh... ohh thats it No Puge!! ITS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! I would reccomend it to anyone.. it has not fat and low sugar.... mmm.. no puge!!
weight watchers had one with sugar free jello mixed with cool whip in a pie shell; personally, I would rather have dessert or a little less than put all those chemicals and artificials in it; toxic poisoning but less calories
