Pear Strudel

8 sheets frozen phyllo pastry, thawed as directed on package

3 Tbsp. sugar

MIX sugar and cinnamon. Reserve 1 tsp. of the cinnamon mixture. Toss pears with cereal and remaining cinnamon mixture. I hope this helps. It's a really good summer time dessert.
For the summertime, a pie made from flavored gelatin (like Jell-o) and frozen whipped topping (like Cool-Whip) is great. There's some fat in the crust, but not much.

Use any type of pie crust you like. Make the gelatin according to directions on the package (you may want to decrease the water by about 25%) and when it's just about set, use a whisk to thoroughly stir in a container of the topping, thawed. Pour this into the pie crust. Chill until firmly set. Garnish with fruit to match the flavor of the gelatin, if desired. (Slice some strawberries on top of a strawberry gelatin pie, etc.)

I just thought of another one. You can make a nice imitation cheesecake with cream cheese and instant pudding mix and frozen whipped topping. All of these are available in fat-free varieties. You'll still need a graham cracker crust for this one, but the fat content is minimal. Oh, yes: one block (8 oz) cream cheese, one small (4-serving size) package of vanilla pudding mix, and one (8 oz) tub of topping. Mix everything together with a mixer and pour into the crust, chill until well-set.

I've also heard of using non-fat yoghurt as a replacement for the fat in baking. I've used it in bread recipes, but not in anything else. It would probably work in cakes and muffins, I'd think.
why don't you try this site, its all there...
