Are there any SINGLE serving dessert recipes?

I only want to cook one of something, not 10 single serving desserts.

I live alone and would like to try some new things. Are there any SINGLE serving dessert recipes?
Well, the best thing I can suggest (since I do this for two servings, instead of 10!) is to divide the ingredient amounts into what would be a single serving. For me, I just figure out what it would be for one serving and then double it.

That's great that you want to try new things! Good luck! Are there any SINGLE serving dessert recipes?
so then take and reduce all the item to 1/10 of what is requested..

ie..10 tbs of sugar, only use 1

3 cups of milk, only use 2.4 oz of milk etc..
You can purchase individual pie shells in the frozen section they may come in multiples though, fill with the reduced amt. of pie fillings

for strawberry shortcakes they sell little sponge cake cups in boxes of 6- you add the strawberries and whipped cream. Freeze the leftovers!

Try googling desserts for 2!
make some pudding, sprinkle some sugar on top and brown the sugar with fire. Instant Creme Brulee
Jello pudding cups... period... there's always room for jello
Take a scoop of ice cream and top it with cut up fruit (bananas and strawberries are my favorite) and some chocolate sauce. Instant Banana Split!

Chunk up and peel an apple. Put it in a sauce pan with some butter and cinnamon and sugar. cook till the apples start to get soft. Spoon over ice cream and add caramel sauce.
Not really, but you can have some frozen cookie dough that you only cook one or two at a time in your toaster oven.
Ice cream with add your own toppings

Take carmels- melt them. Take cashews and mix with them. Put globs (how ever many you want to eat) on parchment paper in freezer to cool. Once cool, take chocolate chips... melt. Dunk carmel-cashew globs in chocolate to coat. Again put in freezer till cool and harden. They make great turtle like snacks! YUM
