I don't know the exact link, but Andes Mints has a recipe for a great cheesecake. I made it last year for Christmas.
I have a couple that are quick and easy.....one is not necessarily a christmas dessert but I made it for christmas last year and for thanksgiving this year and will make it again for Christmas....I do have one called a Christmas lime dessert...sorry I do not have a link you can go to...

Orange Jello Salad:

1 15 1/2-ounce can crushed pineapple

1 6-ounce package orange Jell-O or any other gelatin

1 cup coconut

2 cups buttermilk

1 cup pecan pieces (optional)

1 12-ounce container whipped topping

Pour pineapple and its juice into saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O until dissolved. Cool. Mix in coconut and buttermilk. Add pecans, if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Pour in bundt pan or ring mold that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Refrigerate until congealed.

Christmas Lime Dessert:

1 small package lime gelatin

1 can evaporated milk chilled for 24 hours

1/2 c. sugar

1 c. pecans, chopped

1 c. hot water

1/2 c. cherries, candied

juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange

1 small can chunk pineapple

pkg vanilla wafers, crushed

Dissolve gelatin in water and set aside to cool. Butter a 13 x 9 baking dish and line with crushed vanilla wafers. Whip can of milk until stiff. Add juice of lemon and orange, sugar, pecans, cherries, and pineapple. Fold in gelatin thoroughly. Pour into pan and set in refrigerator for 6 hours.
Plum pudding. What else would you eat on Christmas day? If it's good enough for the Cratchits, it's good enough for anyone. My family has a very old recipe, which I posted on recipezaar as ';Pirate's Plum Pudding.';

Here's a really easy, but delightful one!

Jenny's Christmas Pie

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp almond extract

1 can cherry or raspberry pie filling

1 homemade graham cracker crust

Mix lemon juice with condensed milk and stir until thickened. Whip cream with extracts until stiff peaks form. Fold into milk mixture and spoon into crust. Top with pie filling and chill for several hours before serving.
i am sorry i don't have a link, but, me and my sister made these carmel apples, covered in chocolate and then with nuts and crushed up candy bars, it is awesome, try it.
yes I do know some but why should I tell you?
I made this dessert last year and eveyone loved it. And I bought everything!

Cut up 2 premade poundcakes into bite sized cubes. Then mix together 1 container of Kozy Shack vanilla pudding (I expect 2 instant should give you the same amount), 1/2 container of softened cream cheese and 1 container of Cool Whip. Layer this in a pan or trifle dish if you have one.

Cake, cream mixture, chocolate syrup and candy canes you have banged in a plastic bag until they are small pieces. End with the candy canes. Pop in the fridge for a few hours.

How about a blueberry cheesecake....quick and easy. Plus a color which is not red or green ha....ha....
Something pretty quick and a Christmas staple for my family is trifle... and you can make it fairly festive coloured! Simply layer alternatively in a deep serving bowl:

white sponge cake, red or green jello, peahces/raspberries, and custard.

Then spread whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with chocolate or for a Christmasy feel, silver edible candy balls (for cake decorating).

Last christmas I made chocolate brownies and piped Chrismast designs on each slice, like a Christmas tree, holly, and a star.

As a last minute cook myself, I hope it all goes well, you get some good answers and your not up till dawn making cake!!! Good luck :)
Go to joyofbaking.com for a wonder En glish trifle recipe. You can't beat it for ease of making and appearance. Very Christmasy.

These look delicious.

I made cream cheese wrap cookies one year. My husband loved them. They were very easy to make. The filling is key.

It's cream cheese and flour. You mix them together and roll them flat, cut into a rectangular shape, put in jelly or jam (whichever is more flavorful), and fold, bake in the oven. I'm not sure on the temperature or the time. I found the recipe in a Better Home %26amp; Gardens cookie recipe booklet (christmas).
