Anyone know any good dessert recipes?

I am making a cookbook for my mom and I need some good dessert recipes. Know any?Anyone know any good dessert recipes?
OREO庐 Ribbon Pie





Prep Time: 30 min


Total Time: 2 hr 30 min


Makes: 10 servings





Ingredients:


30 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed


2/3 cup (3/4 stick) margarine or butter, melted


1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened


1/4 cup sugar


1-2/3 cups milk


1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding %26amp; Pie Filling


1/2 tub of Cool Whip





Preparation:


MIX cookie crumbs and margarine; press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.


BEAT cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on high speed until well blended. Spread onto bottom of crust; set aside.


POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread 1/2 tub of Cool Whip for top layer. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

--Flour-less Peanut Butter Cookies--





1 Cup Peanut Butter


1 Cup Sugar


1 Egg





Preheat oven to 350 Degree.





Mix sugar, egg, and peanut butter in a medium bowl. Place spoonfulls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 Minutes





*Makes 1- 1 1/2 Dozen
blueberry banana pie, it's super easy and my mom loved it.





1 ready made graham cracker crust


1 can of blueberry pie filling


a couple of bananas


1 container of cool whip





line bottom of crust with banana coins, top with blueberries and then spread the cool whip on top. Simple.

Great for the holidays, as it makes 2 cakes, Freezes well! Eat one now, serve one later! 1 (18 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix


1/2 cup vegetable oil


3 large eggs


1 1/4 cups water


2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)


2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages French vanilla instant pudding


3 cups 2% low-fat milk


2 (15 ounce) cans cherry pie filling


2 (8 ounce) cartons Cool Whip


1 (8 ounce) Hershey Bars, grated

Mix cake as directed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 13x9 inch pans. Bake 20 minutes at 350掳F Cool. Beat pudding and milk until creamy. Set aside.


Beat cream cheese. Blend pudding into cream cheese, a little at a time. Pour over cakes.


Pour pie Filling on this, and then spread Cool Whip on top.


Top with Hershey Bar, that has been grated. Refrigerate. Freezes well.


Wonderful to make ahead of time, and take out of freezer on the morning you plan to serve. Keep leftovers refrigerated. Can cut each cake into 8 or 12 pieces, depending on amount of guests. A crowd pleaser! They will ask for more!
rainbow pudding....


first put vanilla pudding in a bowl then simply add a pinch of suger after that put sprinkles and frie all of the pudding when you frie it it will get even more creamy and the sprinkles will melt with color then add a pinch of splenda and presto your done
STAINED GLASS CAKE





Prepare 1 (3 ounce) package each of orange, cherry and lime flavored Jello. Dissolve each flavor in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Put each flavor in a separate 8 inch square pan or dish. Chill until firm. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Dissolve 1 (3 ounce) package of lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Chill until it is slightly thickened. Blend in 1 carton (12 ounce) of Cool Whip. Fold in the Jello cubes. Line a springform pan with lady fingers. Put mixture in pan. Cool in refrigerator overnight. Run spatula around sides of pan. Gently remove sides. This is really easy and Merry christmas to you and yours.
Cheesecake....easy


1 container of cool whip


8 oz of sour cream


1 package of cream cheese


1/4 cup of sugar


2 teaspoons of lemon juice


1 graham cracker crust


cream the sugar %26amp; cream cheese together 1st


then add cool whip, sour cream, and lemon juice %26amp; mix well.


add it all to the graham cracker crust and refridgerate for about an hour before serving.


***Its also good if you want to sub. low fat or fat free items in place of the reg. ones...and splenda in place of the sugar.***


This came from the back of a cool whip label many years ago and is still my now Grown Kids favorite.
