It is HOT where I live, so I'm sending you a recipe that doen't need to be cooked AT ALL.

Peanut-butter Delights

2 cups creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

2-3 cups DRY powdered milk

Mix the honey into the peanut butter thoroughly, and then pour the milk powder in slowly, mixing constantly. Eventually you won't be able to use a spoon, but you'll need to mix with your hands until it's all the same consistency ... something like a slightly dry 'cookie dough.' Roll into 1/2';-1'; balls. Roll in any of the following:

Crushed breakfast cereal

Coconut

Candy sprinkles

Dry cocoa powder

Unsweetened dry cocoa powder

If you really want to make an impression, melt some semi-sweet dark chocolate and dip half of each coated ball and set carefully on wax paper until dry. I have made these 'cookies' for years, and whenever I make them I hear the best compliment: Is there any more?
(I have heard this called ';Mexican Wedding Balls'; or ';No Bake Cookies';)

Take 1 package Toll House choc chips, Melt in double boiler.

Take 1 package gram crackers - grind up in a food processor

Take 1 can Condensed Milk.

When the chocolate is melted, pour cracker crumbs in and condensed milk and add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and stir.

When dough is cool enough to handle, form into small balls and roll in powdered sugar and set out on wax paper to set up.

Its chocolate, but not overwhelming.
This recipe is my FAVORITE from when I was a kid. My mom and I would make these on the stove top. All you need are the ingredients, a sauce pan, and some wax paper. Have fun, and don't taste too much while still boiling (I burned my little mouth many a time sneaking a taste while they were still on the stovetop!)

What about ';No-Bake Cookies';? I used to make them all the time for my son. It has chocolate, peanut butter, vanilla and oats for the ingredients.
Yeah Valdez! Me and My mom made those all the time! They are my favs!!! mmm with peanut butter!!
I agree with Valdez.
