Any cooks out there who want to help me out with some dessert recipes?

Well i wan't to make a dessert, i allready made cupcakes but i want to make something else...please it's kind of like for a gift so if anyone can tell me about some delicious but easy to do i would appreciate it...Serious answers, and thank you sooo much :-)Any cooks out there who want to help me out with some dessert recipes?
Try this one, everyone loves moouse. Well, how about honeycomb moouse? sounds good? well, this recipe has got you covered.





CHOC-HONEYCOMB MOOUSE





Serves 4


1/2 cup thickened cream


250 g milk chocolate, chopped


1/4 cup sugar


2 teaspoons gelatine


1/2 cup water


2 x 35g chocolate coated honeycomb bars,chopped





1. Heat cream gently in a small pan


2. Add chocolate. Take off heat and stir until it melts


3. Pour into mixing bowl. Put aside to cool.


4. Mix sugar, gelatine and water in a small pan. Stir until sugar dissolves


5. Turn up heat and boil. Take off heat and pour into mixing bowl


6. Beat on medium speed 10 mins until thick and fluffy


7. gently mix chocolate through. spoon moouse into four dishes.


8. put in frige for 30 mins. Sprinkle honeycomb over and serve.

Gooey Butter Cake





9 servings





2 cups all-purpose flour


3 Tbs. sugar


1/3 cup butter


1 1/4 cups sugar


3/4 cup butter


1/4 cup light corn syrup


1 egg


2/3 cup evaporated milk


sifted powder sugar





In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup flour and 3 tablespoons sugar. Using a pastry blender, cut in the 1/3 cup butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs ands starts to cling. Pat into the bottom of an ungreased 9x9x2-inch baking pan.


For filling, in a mixing bowl, beat the 1 1/4 cups sugar and 3/4 cup butter until thoroughly combined. Beat in the corn syrup and egg until just combined.


Add the 1 cup flour and evaporated milk alternately to the filling, beating until just combined (batter is supposed to look curdled.)


Pour into crust-lined baking pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven about 35 minutes or until cake is nearly firm when you shake it. Cool in pan on wire rack. Sift with powdered sugar.





Other serving suggestions:


1. For added flavor, stir in fruit such as strawberries, sliced apples, or sliced peaches to the filling right before pouring onto crust.

Moist Chocolate Cake





This is the cake your mom used to make-- the kind you can't find a recipe for anymore, until now!


2 C.sugar2 C.flour


1 C.vegetable oil1 tsp. salt


2 eggs1 tsp. baking powder


1 C.milk2 tsp. baking soda


1 C.hot coffee1/2 C.sour cream, optional but makes it even moister. (Can substitute applesauce.)


1 tsp. vanilla extractWhipped cream or powdered sugar (or chocolate frosting)


3/4 C.cocoa





Preheat over to 325 F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients in order, one at a time, mixing well at low speed after each addition. (Do not mix fast or too much.) Pour into pan. Bake in a preheated over for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve with powdered sugar or whipped cream (or chocolate frosting).





NOTE: For best results, bake one day before serving.





YIELD: 12 to 15 servings.

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins





2 eggs


1 cup milk


1 tbs. lemon juice


2 tbs. grated lemon peel


1/4 cup canola oil


2 cups flour


1/4 cup sugar


2 1/2 tsp. baking powder


1/4 tsp. nutmeg


2 tbs. poppy seeds


1/2 cup chopped walnuts





In a 1 1/2 quart bowl, using a large spoon, stir together eggs, milk, lemon juice, grated lemon peel and oil until well blended. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and poppy seeds; stirring well as each is added. Fold in chopped walnuts. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins (I use Pam), until about 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Insert a toothpick in center. The toothpick should be dry when muffins are done.
Fudge Marble Pound Cake





1 box Betty Crocker庐 SuperMoist庐 yellow cake mix


1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix


1 1/4 cups water


1/3 cup vegetable oil


1 teaspoon vanilla


3 eggs


3/4 cup powdered sugar


1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa


1/2 cup Betty Crocker庐 Rich %26amp; Creamy chocolate frosting (from 1-lb container)





1. Heat oven to 325掳F. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube cake pan, or spray with baking spray with flour. In large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.





2. In medium bowl, mix powdered sugar and cocoa. Remove 1 1/2 cups batter; stir into cocoa mixture. Pour remaining batter into pan. Drop chocolate batter by generous tablespoonfuls randomly onto batter in pan. Cut through batter with knife for marbled effect.





3. Bake 40 to 46 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes; turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate. Remove pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.





4. In microwavable bowl, microwave frosting uncovered on Medium 15 seconds. Spread over top of cake, allowing some to drizzle down side. Store loosely covered.


High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Cheese Cake





Serving 8





2 cups finely crushed sweet crackers


4 tbsp. or 2 oz. butter or margarine, melted


1 lb. cream cheese


1 cup granulated sugar


2 tbsp. flour


1/3-1/2 cup milk


4 eggs, separated


1 tsp. vanilla essence


2 tbsp. granulated sugar


1 can cherry pie filling (19 oz.)





Procedure


1. Combine sweet crackers and melted butter.


2. Line the bottom of 9'; pie plate or dish with crumb mixture.


3. Mix together cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, milk , egg yolks and vanilla; blend well.


4. Beat eggs whites until firm' then gradually beat in remaining 2 teaspoons sugar until mixture is stiff and shiny.


6. pour into cracker-line dish and bake for 1/2 hour at 325鈩?or until tester comes out clean.


7. Cool and chill.


8. Spread with pie filling and serve 5. Fold into the cheese mixture.

Here is a great recipe that I think that you will enjoy...It is YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!








Strawberry Whipped Sensation





4 cups fresh strawberries , divided


1 can Eagle Bran Milk


1/4 cup lemon juice


1 (8 oz) tub cool whip , thawed , divided


1 Oreo pie crust





Mash 2 cups of berries


Stir in juice, cool whip , and condensed milk


place in pie shell


freeze for 6 hours


frost with remaining cool whip


slice strawberries , place on top
I've tried out many delicious recipes from this website and very happy with the results.


Most importantly, there are all healthy and without compromising the taste. I don't have to worry about my waist line anymore.

Peach pie Special





1 stick butter


1 egg


1 C sugar


1/3 C flour


1/2 tsp Vanilla


5 or 6 peaches sliced....can use large canned peach halves





place peaches in the bottom of a pie shell...combine remaining ingredients and pour over peaches...bake at 350 for 1 hour....This is a seriously good pie...great with ice cream
This is easy and delicious....

Apple pie a la mode not hard to do at all!!
