Are there any dessert recipes that don't involve eggs or baking powder/soda?

I would like to make something for Father's DayAre there any dessert recipes that don't involve eggs or baking powder/soda?
Why not make him a chocolate cake in a coffee mug -- it's real simple and real easy and real tasty!

1 large coffee mug

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp. baking cocoa

1 egg

3 tbsps. milk

3 tbsps. oil (canola is best)

3 tbsps. chocolate chips (optional)

some chopped nuts (optional)

1 small dash vanilla

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add egg and mix again. Pour in milk and oil and mix some more. Add chips and nuts (if using) and vanilla. Mix one last time and put mug in microwave. Heat for 3 minutes on high. Cake will expand over top of mug. Allow to cool slightly and tip out onto plate if desired.

It's a pretty cute way to surprise dad for breakfast or after dinner. Hope he has a good day!Are there any dessert recipes that don't involve eggs or baking powder/soda?
Ok, one of my favorite quick n easy dessert recipes is Peanut Butter Pie. No eggs and no baking soda. What father doesn't love peanut butter?

8 oz of powdered sugar

8oz of cream cheese

8 oz of cool whip (or just whipped cream)

1/2 cup of half and half cream

2 cups of peanut butter (i would use Jiff)

(Makes two pies)

Blend all the ingredients together with a mixer and place it in a pie crust in a pan and let it sit in the refrigerator or you can eat and enjoy right away. :) Also just for garnish I like to make a disign with chocolate syrup on top of the pie. You can make it say what ever you want.
You'll have to narrow it down some. Do you not have baking powder/soda? What kinds of ingredients do you have? What kinds of flavors or types of desserts are you looking for?

Dessert without these ingredients can be anything like fruit salad or an apple pie or really most kinds of pies. You can make a chocolate or vanilla pudding with flour or cornstarch. You can make a creamy frozen lemon or lime pie with cream cheese and condensed milk and a graham cracker crust.
You can use any flavor of pudding you want. Also, you can use a graham cracker crust.

You can get premixed packages of brownies or cookies that just call for milk. Also instant pudding only calls for milk and you can turn just about any instant pudding into a pie just by adding some whip cream and pie crust.
