TOFFEE BITS FREEZER PIE

Prep time: 20 minutes

Freeze Overnite

6 - 8 Servings {depending on slice sizes}

1 {8oz.pkg.';bar';}Cream Cheese

{It should be scored into ounces on side of pkg wrapper., cut on lines to get 3oz.}

I discovered you can get 2 pies {or 3 if u don't mind being an ounce short on the third}out of one pkg.{isn't enough cream cheese in it to know,so if someone doesn't like it they won't ever know u used it}

2TBSP Sugar , 1/2 Cup Half %26amp; Half Cream

1 {8oz.}Cool Whip, 1 {8oz.pkg}Heath Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits{in baking section with chocolate chips..If u can't find this u can also crush a Heath candy bar as that's what it is},

1 {9inch}Grahm Cracker Crust{I also made some using the tart sized crust}

In larger bowl,beat sugar and cream cheese till smooth{I used a fork}..

Beat in half %26amp; half until blended together well{a wisk works great}..

Fold in cool whip and 1/2cup of toffee bits.Stir to make sure all ingredients are well blended..

Spoon into crust, and sprinkle a little of the toffee bits on top{just as a garnish if you wish} and then freeze overnite.

Remove from freeze 10-15 minutes before serving and enjoy..

Variations:Try using a flavored cool whip or another type of crust.They have oreo cookie %26amp; 'nilla wafer.

I made it more inexpensive by buying the store brand items needed..It's really up to you whether you prefer the generic or name brand ingredients. I can't tell a difference in the taste once it's made.
