I do a recipe for MudHens. I don't have the entire recipe with me, sorry!

Do a basic recipe for cookie cutouts. Then rolls the dough out onto a liped pan.

Once you do this, set the oven for 350 degrees. Add chopped pecans on top of the cookie dough. Then take an egg white and about 1/2 cup of brown sugar and pour the mixture over the pecans and cookie. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, or until the brown sugar mixture begins to ';boil';

Take the pan out of the oven and allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.

Enjoy!
