beautiful fresh fruit salads, with mint sprigs touch!





Homemade ice cream with 5 ingredients; just put in blender and freeze:





1c cream, yogurt or half and half,


1/2 c non-fat powdered dry milk,


sweetener to taste,


4 c frozen fruit or 5 pcs chocolate or whatever





We use VitaMix mixer and so no freezing is necessary; we use cream too.








7 layer bars are easy too, but not very healthy.





On a cookie sheet





1. melt a cube of butter or margarine in oven at 350


2. sprinkle with a box of graham cracker crumbs (food processor)and press down


3. top with a can of sweetened condensed milk or two


4. add one bag of chocolate chips and press down


5 add one bag of butterscoth chips and press down


5. add nuts as preferred, press down


6. top with coconut, press down





bake for about 25 minutes til golden. COOL THOROUGHLY before cutting into bite sizes.





Hmmmm...Am I missing something, not 7 layers?





Add whatever you want. I have used oreo cookie crumbs instead of graham crackers too and even used white chocolate chips instead of butterscotch and added rasp preserves.....be creative.
